Epsilon for Kia Motors
I joined Epsilon shortly after the legendary automotive creative agency had merged with Publicis Groupe and landed Kia Motors as a client. As copywriter for the “Aftersales” side of Kia, my focus is on the corporate and dealer-level communications that begin as soon as our customer drives off the lot. With an average 10-year lifecycle of ownership, writing for Kia Aftersales includes everything from service reminders and tire events, to vehicular recalls and holiday cards. I was also able to work on a few retail concepts along the way.
